At SPP your satisfaction is always our primary concern.
Purchasing an item from a company is relatively simple,
but exchanging or returning an item is sometimes necessary
and can be frustrating and difficult. We want to make
it easy for you.
At SPP you can exchange or return any item for any
reason within 30 days of your purchase date. To
obtain an Authorization # for this exchange or return,

here for our Return Authorization # (RA) Form. Or,
you may call us at 1-800-983-POOL (7665). We cannot
accept any item[s] without an RA#. Handling fees
are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of the following products, no
returns can be accepted on vinyl liners, replacement
parts, all chemicals and custom-manufactured products.
Used, cancelled or returned items can be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
All SPP products carry a warranty from the manufacturer. Please refer to your Owner's Manual for the manufacturer's Customer Service telephone number and for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's). If you still need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact SPP at 1-800-983-POOL (7665).
Specialty Pool Products charges a handling charge of $8.95 - $9.95 ($5 for CFL members). You are never charged an additional
shipping fee. However, please be aware that if you cancel or return an item you will be responsible for shipping fees both to
and from the warehouse. Our Customer Service department will be happy to provide details on our return policy.
Any damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
Notice to SPP customers purchasing Polaris products: All Polaris products sold by SPP are brand new and in factory sealed cartons. Warranties for all Polaris products are handled through Polaris Pool Systems directly. SPP (we), does (do) not accept returns for any Polaris products you may be purchasing or have purchased from our catalog or website.
